We make available here on our site proposal forms produced in Microsoft Word 2003 for you to download, complete on screen and then return back to us as a E-mail attachment or on disk. If you have trouble downloading, require the file in ASCII, Wordperfect or another format or experience any other problems please do not hesitate to contact us.

Option 3
If you are currently insured for Professional Indemnity Insurance, you could simply send us by fax or post a copy of your existing Renewal Declaration for this year. This should be sufficient to obtain quotes from us for your chosen indemnity limit.
