Option 2
Download our own proposal form, complete it and e-mail or fax it straight back to us. We will then acknowledge this and obtain quotes. See below for more details, options and contact information. Proposal forms are created according to profession, please select the one appropriate to you from the dropdown list above;
If you currently have PII please use Option 3.
We make available here on our site proposal forms produced in Microsoft Word 2003 for you to download, complete on screen and then return back to us as a E-mail attachment or on disk. If you have trouble downloading, require the file in ASCII, Wordperfect or another format or experience any other problems please do not hesitate to contact us.
Option 3
If you are currently insured for Professional Indemnity Insurance, you could simply send us by fax or post a copy of your existing Renewal Declaration for this year. This should be sufficient to obtain quotes from us.
